Duties
- Assist in preparing ingredients for cooking, including chopping, peeling, and portioning food items using proper knife skills and food handling techniques.
- Support the cooking process by organizing ingredients and ensuring all food is prepared according to safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment to uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
- Help with meal assembly, plating, and presentation to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Serving our Residents in the dining room
- Follow all food safety protocols diligently to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with inventory checks and restocking supplies as needed to keep the kitchen well-organized.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent food service experiences.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.25 - $16.26 per hour
