Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and guest-focused Front of House Team Member who takes pride in delivering a great customer experience while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

This is not just a cashier role — you are the face of the brand and a key part of daily operations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Guest Experience

• Greet every guest with a positive, professional attitude
• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions clearly
• Maintain fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Handle guest concerns professionally

POS & Order Execution

• Accurately take and process orders using POS
• Handle payments (cash/card) responsibly
• Maintain speed and accuracy during peak hours

Food Assembly & Support

• Assemble bowls and smoothies according to company standards
• Follow recipes and portioning with consistency
• Assist kitchen team with dishes and cleaning as needed

Cleanliness & Organization

• Maintain a clean front-of-house area at all times
• Clean tables, chairs, and guest areas consistently
• Restock stations throughout the shift

Team Support

• Work closely with kitchen and management
• Step into different roles as needed to support operations

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods

Schedule & Availability

• Part-time: 20–30 hours per week
• Must be available weekends and holidays
• Typical shifts:
• 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Shifts range from 5 to 10 hours

Compensation & Benefits

Additional Information
