We are seeking a dynamic organized administrative professional to join our team. This is an entry level position that offers an individual the opportunity to participate in a variety of administrative activities within the company’s sales cycle.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify & prioritize projects within a defined territory
- Perform research and review opportunities within all phases of the project life cycle
- Provide team members with project data
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM database
- Complete the required number of daily interactions
- Review incoming sales leads & inquiries
- Perform data entry as required
- Follow up with customers on project data
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Experience and Education:
- Requires a high school diploma/equivalent
- 1 year(s) of work related experience.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Prior work experience providing administrative support
