Salary Range
$145,000 - $160,000

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse and distribution operations.
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse and distribution employees.
- Monitor inventory accuracy with a goal of 99.9% accurate inventory levels.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements as necessary.
- Continuously access and improve key performance indicators related to warehouse and distribution processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and carriers to ensure on time delivery of goods.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on warehouse and distribution performance.
- Implement team practices to streamline processes.
- Work closely with customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction through timely deliveries.
- 7 years managing Warehouse operations including all inventory management locations, traffic management, contract negotiations, etc.
- BS Degree in Business, Management, Operations, Logistics, etc.
- Minimum of 5 years managing direct and indirect staff
- Manage customer relations as required
- Work with internal organizations such as : Planning, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Finance, IT, etc.
- Working with the compliance team manage compliance related responsibilities
- Key part of ISO compliance and auditing process
- Process controls and associated metrics
- Experience in SAP or comparable ERP system implementation a plus
