Compensation Data
Salary Range: $128,000 - $160,000

Job Description
- Plan and execute ABM campaigns to elevate the Vicor brand in target markets
- Acquire business unit input and market landscape necessary for colleagues to create compelling messaging and engaging content
- Support Vicor strategic business units to meet their business objectives through account based marketing and lead generation
- Collaborate with regional marketing managers to execute global and local marketing programs
- Work with channel team and Vicor channel partners to plan and execute channel marketing programs
- Strategize and plan media to support marketing goals
- Work with the PR team, advertising, creative services, project management, and other marketing functions to support campaigns
- Analyze and report progress against campaign goals and report on ROI
- Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in marketing
- 8 years of experience in B2B marketing
- Extensive experience with account based marketing using owned, paid and earned media
- Experience employing analytics to make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen ability to communicate an easily understandable strategy and vision to all those executing on a campaign
- Strong presentation skills, including to C-Suite
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex, concurrent, cross-organizational projects
- Analytical mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
