Qualifications:

VNE, LLC is looking for a Secret Cleared Acquisition Management Support III

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree.

Experience:

  • 7 years of experience providing daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior level personnel.
  • Individual shall provide detail-oriented management of records, business research analysis, and valuation strategies.
  • They may also be involved in various administrative tasks. 
  • Individuals shall have strong computer, finance, and analytical skills. 
  • They will often work with or lead teams.
  • Experience must include Development of Program Acquisition Documentation, Development of Testing/Validating Criteria, Development of Corrective Action Systems, Development of Program Monitoring Approach, e.g., Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT), Critical Path Method (CPM), EVM, etc. 
  • Analysis of Programs Health, Data Collection and Analysis, Development of Cost Estimates, and Development of Program Status Reports.  
  • Individual must have experience and comprehensive knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures. 
  • Secret level Clearance required.

Specific Experience: Three (3) years within ISR/IO programs. Experience with full software and hardware development lifecycle projects, including design, development, testing, and deployment using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Proficient with utilizing DevOps tools for management, analysis, and reporting. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

Experience with government procurement and using government ERP systems is required.

Job Description:

Acquisition Management provides daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior level executives.  Acquisition Management provides detail-oriented management of records, business research analysis, and valuation strategies. They may also be involved in various administrative tasks. Acquisition Management should have strong computer, finance, and analytical skills. They will often work with or lead teams. 

Essential Duties of the Job:

  • Ability to communicate task requirement information to client in a clear and concise manner.
  • Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as lead and participate in meetings and working groups.
  • Requires visual acuity to use a keyboard.
  • Must be able to attend work each day, during scheduled hours, unless on travel or approved time off.
  • Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face-to-face

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • While performing duties of job, employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
  • Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • May be exposed to chemicals related to office equipment.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate (i.e. general office environment).

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
