Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellence in guest service, food quality, and safety.
• Support the General Manager while preparing to take on full GM responsibilities.
• Drive sales, control costs, and manage financial performance.
• Lead, train, and develop a strong team, fostering a positive and productive culture.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment.
• Represent Vicious Biscuit with pride in the community and support brand growth.
