- Coordinate accurate property information across client-facing platforms
- Maintain organized records and follow up promptly with prospective and current clients
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to team growth objectives
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Naturally curious and enjoys helping people find solutions
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to build trust and confidently ask for the business
- Positive attitude and desire to continuously learn and improve
- $18-$21 per hour, paid weekly monthly commission
- Most successful team members earn $55,000-$60,000 annually with top performers earning more
- Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
