Total Rewards As a VCA Associate, eligible full-time employees will be rewarded with a comprehensive package, including:  Compensation Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials.  The annual salary range for this position is $200,000 to $350,000.
