Nurse Practitioner-- Hormone Replacement and Wellness
We are a growing, patient- focused hormone replacement and wellness practice dedicated to helping patients feel their best though personalized care. Our office blends medical expertise with a warm environment offering hormone therapy, aesthetic services, and intimate health treatments.
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team 2-3 days weekly. This role focuses on hormone consultations, pellet therapy, an the opportunity to provide med spa and intimate health services. The ideal candidate is confident, personable and compassionate about wellness and patient relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive hormone consulations and follow ups.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
- Perform hormone pellet insertions (training will be done in office).
- Provide Med-Spa services (Botox, Fillers ect) if trained and experienced.
- Offer intimate wellness treatments and education.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with patients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Indiana.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Interest or experience in hormone therapy, wellness or aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team enviroment.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
