Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist, based in Indianapolis, IN. The Human Resources Generalist will manage key HR operations, including supporting HR policies, benefits administration, and employee relations. This position will collaborate across teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, support talent acquisition efforts, and maintain positive employee engagement. The role involves a mix of administrative tasks, problem-solving, and strategy development to foster a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with Human Resources generalist responsibilities, including HR Management and implementing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and experience in Benefits Administration
- Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and regulations
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support employee relations
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Experience with HR software systems is a plus
