• Engage with potential customers face-to-face in assigned locations/events
• Prospect and generate new business through in-person outreach
• Qualify leads and identify customer needs on the spot

• Track daily activity and maintain accurate records
• Hit and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
• Collaborate with team leaders to improve outreach strategies

• 0–3 years of sales, customer service, or people-facing experience
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people
