Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods for clients
• Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and shippers
• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, shippers, and customers
• Track shipments and provide updates to clients
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and industry standards
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
• Utilize transportation management systems for data entry and record keeping
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient transportation operations
Experience:
• Minimum 1 Year of Brokerage Sales
• Strong Operational Knowledge of the Trucking Industry and Brokerage
• Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills
• Strong Background of Sales Success

Compensation package:
• $42.5k/yr ramping commission starting at 10% from $1 and reaching 30%
• Uncapped commission with NO draw, hurdle or seat fee, and paid out on invoicing - no waiting for customer pay to get your first commission!
