The Service Delivery Manager will lead end-to-end operations across a complex hybrid infrastructure comprising of network devices,
Access points, physical sites integrated with Azure cloud networks, on-prem, and Cloud Servers.
The SDM will manage the operation, shift, overlap, lead incident triaging and control.

The SDM will manage the operation, shift, overlap, lead incident triaging and control.
- Proficient with Cisco CLI, Meraki Dashboard, FortiGate GUI/CLI, Aruba SD-WAN Orchestrator, and Zscaler console.
- Strong understanding of routing and switching protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, STP, VLANs, VRFs).
- Hands-on with VPNs, firewalls, NAT, ACLs, and QoS policies.
- Familiar with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, LogicMonitor, etc.) and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).
- Working knowledge of Azure virtual networking (VNets, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway).
- Understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Proficiency in routing and switching, TCP/IP, and firewall configuration across hybrid data center-cloud environments.
- Working knowledge of Azure networking (VNets, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, NSGs, routing).
- Understanding of VMware virtual networking (vSwitches, port groups, VLAN tagging, distributed switches).
- Familiarity with storage network protocols (iSCSI, NFS, SMB) and troubleshooting connectivity to Dell PowerStore / Isilon.
- Experience with network performance monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, or Azure Network Watcher).
- Strong understanding of backup and replication traffic flows between Commvault, Zerto, and storage systems.
- Exposure to ITIL service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
- Good documentation, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
