Job Overview
Vibez Lounge & Eva is looking for professional and reliable Nightclub Bouncers to join our security team. Bouncers are responsible for maintaining a safe, controlled, and enjoyable environment for guests and staff while enforcing venue policies.
Responsibilities
Check valid government-issued IDs for all guests entering the venue.
Enforce age restrictions and club policies.
Monitor the entrance, exits, and club floor to ensure guest safety.
Prevent entry of intoxicated, aggressive, or banned individuals.
De-escalate conflicts and remove disruptive guests when necessary.
Maintain a strong visible security presence throughout the venue.
Communicate with staff and management using radios or headsets.
Control entry lines and help manage crowd flow.
Remain at assigned security posts during shifts.
Report any incidents, safety concerns, or suspicious activity to management.
Requirements
Must be 21 years or older.
Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Previous security, nightclub, or customer service experience preferred.
Schedule
Nights, weekends, and holidays required.
