The Role:
We are looking for energetic, motivated, and results-driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our team in Texas. This is a full-time 1099 role, perfect for someone who loves building relationships, meeting new people, and closing deals. You’ll be responsible for going door-to-door to retail merchants, demonstrating our solutions, and helping businesses improve their payment systems.
Please note: this is an unsalaried, commission-only role at this time.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and visit retail merchants in your assigned territory.
- Conduct in-person presentations and demos of Vibe’s products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage your sales pipeline and report on activity to management.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or merchant services is a plus.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive drive.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable going door-to-door and presenting to small business owners.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
