ABOUT VIBE
Vibe builds the hardware and software infrastructure for AI-powered collaboration. Our flagship product — the Vibe Board — is an all-in-one smart workspace device backed by a proprietary AI memory engine that captures, organizes, and
surfaces information across every meeting and interaction. We recently launched Vibe Bot, our AI in-room teammate, and have another product releasing soon. We sell into mid-market and enterprise organizations across AEC, education,
financial services, and IT, and we're expanding the team that drives that growth.
THE ROLE
This is the first dedicated BDR seat at Vibe, reporting directly to the VP of Revenue. You'll own top-of-funnel across mid-market and enterprise accounts — building the outbound motion from the ground up in partnership with our RevOps
team, and executing it yourself. The role has a clear path to either a leadership position within the BDR function or a transition to an AE role, based on performance.
This is a role tied directly to revenue, and the upside reflects that. Compensation is uncapped, and the people who perform here build real careers. What we're not looking for is someone optimizing for meeting volume — the job is to
protect our AEs' time by creating genuine sales opportunities with the right buyers. That means working buildings, engaging decision-makers in person when it counts, and holding a high bar for what qualifies as pipeline.
You'll work closely with and learn from a veteran sales leader who has built and scaled outbound motions before. The feedback loop here is short and the development is real.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Prospect into mid-market and enterprise accounts through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and in-person outreach
• Engage decision-makers — including IT directors, operations leads, and executive stakeholders — with a credible, informed point of view on Vibe's product and category
• Partner with RevOps to build, test, and refine sequences and outbound workflows in HubSpot and Apollo
• Qualify opportunities with discipline — your job is to deliver pipeline with genuine intent, not volume for its own sake
• Represent Vibe at industry events and in the field when the opportunity calls for it
• Track and report on activity, conversion, and pipeline data to inform how the motion evolves
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 1–2 years of BDR or SDR experience in a mid-market or enterprise environment
• Strong phone presence and a track record of meaningful conversations with senior buyers
• Technical aptitude — comfortable learning complex products and building the operational workflows that support your outreach
• Self-directed and comfortable operating in an environment where the playbook is still being written
• High standards for the quality of opportunities you create
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience engaging IT directors or technical buyers
• Familiarity with the construction or AEC industry
• Working knowledge of HubSpot, Apollo, or similar sales engagement tools
COMPENSATION & LOGISTICS
OTE: $80,000–$100,000 based on experience, with uncapped commission
Location: In-person, Draper, UT — five days per week
Reports to: VP of Revenue
