Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting RNs or Physicians in performing specialized procedures, duties and plan of care items.
- Administering and instructing administration of medication.
- Maintaining current patient records and progress notes.
- Maintaining regular communication with RN concerning patient and family care needs.
Requirements for this position include:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- LPN license.
- Nursing or patient care experience preferably within Hospice specialty.
- Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
