We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care and support for hospice patients in their homes or facilities.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
- Report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse and care team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
What We’re Looking For
- Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered caregiver.
- Previous experience in hospice, home health, or long-term care preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
