Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document resident conditions
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and healthcare staff
- Ensure residents receive compassionate, respectful care
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
