Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Behavioral Health Technician. The Behavioral Health Technician's day-to-day tasks include supporting and implementing behavioral interventions, assisting with behavior analysis, and utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques. The role also involves working closely with patients, maintaining clear communication, and fostering a supportive environment where patients feel safe and valued. The position is located in West Palm Beach, FL.
Qualifications
- Behavioral Intervention and Psychology skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
