Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in West Palm Beach , FL, for an Admissions Specialist. The Admissions Specialist will primarily manage admissions inquiries, guide prospective patients and families through the enrollment process, provide detailed program information, assess individual needs, and maintain clear communication with clients. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth admission experience for all parties.
