Role Description
This is a full-time 100% remote position for an Admissions Specialist located in the USA. In this role, you will guide prospective students through the admission process, provide detailed program information, and address questions or concerns. Additional responsibilities include student recruiting, building relationships with potential students, supporting enrollment goals, and maintaining communication with both prospects and team members to facilitate seamless onboarding experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively build relationships and engage prospective students
- Experience with Sales and Student Recruiting processes to ensure successful enrollment outcomes
- Background or experience in the Education sector or related fields
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time-management skills
- Proficient in utilizing technology and adapting to online systems and tools
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, you can work remotely from anywhere.
