Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality systems and processes.
• Support new product development with quality planning and risk assessment.
• Train staff on quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering. 
• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001).
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, SPC, CAPA).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance.
