We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to help our customers with everyday questions and ensure a smooth and professional experience with ViaBill.

What you will do
  • Support customers with questions related to payments, orders, and accounts
  • Resolve cases in a clear, friendly, and solution-oriented manner
  • Follow internal procedures and guidelines, including compliance-related checks
  • Accurately register and document cases in our support system
  • Identify recurring issues and share insights with the team
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Customer Support and Operations


About you
  • Native Danish speaker or fluent at a professional level
  • Strong command of English, which is our working language
  • Experience in customer support or another customer-facing role
  • Clear and professional communicator with a strong service mindset
  • Structured and reliable, comfortable handling multiple cases in parallel
  • Calm and professional, even in challenging situations
  • Confident using digital tools and support systems
  • Motivated to learn and work in a fast-moving environment
