Greek Composites by Vantine is the nation's leading photographer of college fraternities and sororities nationwide. The company was founded by Edward Vantine Sr. in 1937 as the very first composite photography company. We are continuing to expand and are looking for talented, committed individuals to join our team. Our Client Support Team provides support to the fraternities & sororities we photograph as well as to our photography teams. The Client Support Specialist interacts daily with fraternity & sorority members coordinating their photography date and the production of the group's official composite, working to ensure a positive customer experience. The Client Support Specialist also provides daily support to the Photographers & Sales Representatives in the field, providing the support they need to ensure success at the photography sessions.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills & communication skills - written, verbal, phone & email.
- Must be able to maintain professional interaction with a wide range of customers, internal and external.
- Strong computer skills.
- Proficient at learning new software systems.
- Strong ability to prioritize & multi-task.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-year previous customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of basic computer operations in an Apple environment, preferred.
This job is a seasonal position with a layoff over the summer.
