Your Route Into Recruiting

At Via Logic, we’re a growing government contracting company - and finding the right Explorers is essential to delivering meaningful work for our customers. We’re looking for a Recruiter who can take ownership of the hiring journey, build strong candidate pipelines, and help us attract talented professionals across information technology, government contracting, and business operations. As our Recruiter, you’ll manage searches from initial intake through accepted offer. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical and program requirements, develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and keep everyone informed throughout the process. You’ll also help candidates navigate the unique eligibility, background, and onboarding requirements associated with federal government contracting. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, comfortable managing multiple searches at once, and genuinely enjoys connecting talented people with meaningful work. Experience recruiting for IT or government contracting positions is highly preferred, but just as important is your ability to learn quickly, communicate clearly, and create a candidate experience that reflects Via Logic’s collaborative Explorer culture.

Your Mission

Full-Cycle Recruiting

Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for technical, government contracting, and business operations positions. Partner with hiring managers to clarify position requirements, develop recruiting strategies, draft job descriptions, post openings, source candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate internal and customer interviews, support candidate selection, and facilitate the offer process.

Technical & Government Contracting Talent Sourcing

Build and maintain pipelines for information technology professionals across areas such as full-stack development, platform engineering, DevSecOps, quality engineering, ServiceNow, UI/UX, cybersecurity, data, and other mission-supporting disciplines. Develop an understanding of position qualifications, labor categories, contract requirements, citizenship or residency requirements, and other program-specific considerations.

Candidate Screening & Assessment

Coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring managers, technical teams, company leadership, and customer or prime-contractor representatives. Maintain consistent communication, manage scheduling changes, prepare participants, and ensure candidates understand each stage of the hiring process.

Federal Onboarding Support

Partner with business operations and program stakeholders to help selected candidates navigate applicable background checks, Entry on Duty processes, customer documentation, and federal onboarding requirements. Maintain appropriate communication with candidates while protecting sensitive personal and business information.

Recruiting Operations & Greenhouse Management

Maintain accurate and timely candidate records, interview feedback, communications, status updates, and reporting within the company’s applicant tracking system. Help improve recruiting workflows, templates, documentation, reporting, and candidate communications as the company’s hiring needs evolve. Experience with Greenhouse is preferred but not required.

Additional Duties & Growing-Business Support

As part of a growing small business, support additional recruiting, People Operations, Business Development, administrative, and cross-functional initiatives as needed. This may include assisting with onboarding and employee documentation, coordinating employee referral activities, supporting proposal or staffing efforts, maintaining workforce information, and helping with other evolving business priorities. Responsibilities may shift over time based on company needs.
