About the Role:
Via Gelato is looking for team members to join our Front of House & Catering Team!

What You'll Do:
- Serve customers at our Kaimuki shop with warmth, efficiency, and positivity
- Participate in store upkeep, scooping, cleaning, restocking, and setup
- Educate customers about our gelato, values, and community connections
- Set-up, serve, and break down catered events around the island
- Represent our brand professionally at public and private events
- Work collaboratively with team members and management
Schedule & Availability:
We’re seeking team members with flexible availability for the following hours:
- 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM (opening)
- 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM (mid shift)
- 6:00PM-10:30/11:30 PM (closing)
What We’re Looking For:
- MUST BE AVAILABLE INTO THE HOLIDAY SEASON with no plans for requested time off
- Long-term interest (not just seasonal or short-term)
- Availability and flexibility across weekdays and the weekend
- Enthusiasm for food, customer service, and learning
- Strong time management and communication skills

Pay & Perks:
- Starting pay: ~$23-30/hr (includes estimated credit card tips; base wage is $14.75/hr cash tips)
- Catering event pay: $20–$35/hr ($20/hr with a partner, $35/hr solo after training)
