Job Title: Full-Time Baker
We are looking for an experienced baker to join our team full-time.
Requirements:
- Experience with sourdough, laminated dough, and croissants
- Strong bread shaping skills
- Ability to scale ingredients and read formulas/recipes accurately
- Attention to detail and consistency
Schedule:
Full-time, early mornings and weekends required.
