Duties

• Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and seat guests promptly as a Host.
• Provide attentive guest service by answering questions about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
• Support food preparation tasks when needed, including organizing orders and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of orders and uphold food safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
• Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper sanitation practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and guests to ensure seamless service.
• Experience with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus; familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary environments is beneficial.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a passion for delivering excellent guest services is key.
