As part of the Product Creation team, design apparel for the designated product category, ensuring alignment with the brand seasonal direction and the global business needs. Design APP concepts for key accounts, collaborations, and target consumers / market (global and regional). Ensuring alignment with the brand seasonal direction and the global business needs. RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilize design skills to create product that meets expectations in terms of value and cost. Monitor product development to ensure style, fit, quality, detail requirements. Deliver and support the team to execution seasonal Inspiration, style & product concept boards or sketches. Interact constantly with team members in Development and Product management to deliver the appropriate execution for the target consumer audience. Ensure design practicality and meet merchandising business needs. Develop awareness of our channel of distribution in APAC region. Strive to create apparel that meets relevant trends and leverages the brand DNA of Style, Performance and Green where applicable. Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with PM and PD team, meeting deadlines and constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Creativity and innovative design skills 4-7 years experience (academic and professional) design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc. Ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and work within deadlines Must be able to write in English.
