Job Title: Analyst, Strategy and Operations Location: HCMC Reports to: Manager, Strategy and Operations Department: Product Supply Employment Type: Full-Time About your role: This role provides foundational analytical and operational support to strengthen execution discipline, data accuracy, and operational governance across the multi-Branded Footwear & Equipment Product Development organization. The Analyst supports the maintenance of reliable data, reporting, and system accuracy that enable fact-based decision-making and predictable delivery. The role works closely with the Governance & Operations team, Product Development teams, and platform partners to ensure that operational data, milestones, and reporting inputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with established processes. Through disciplined execution and attention to detail, this role contributes to the overall reliability of Product Development operations. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited): KPI Reporting & Data Accuracy The Analyst supports the preparation, maintenance, and validation of Product Development KPI reports and trackers. This includes updating routine dashboards, validating data across systems, and ensuring consistency between source systems and reporting outputs. The role supports regular reporting cycles and responds to ad-hoc data requests as required. Operational Data & System Support The role supports the maintenance of operational data across Product Development systems, including PO, PR, milestone, and ECN data. The Analyst ensures that system records are kept up to date, milestones are accurately reflected, and operational updates are documented in accordance with defined processes. Process & Governance Support The Analyst follows established SOPs and governance standards to ensure data inputs and system updates comply with agreed ways of working. The role proactively identifies data gaps, inconsistencies, or execution risks and escalates them to the Specialist or Manager for resolution. What we will be looking for in you: A strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy. Comfort working with structured processes, systems, and reporting tools. Willingness to learn Product Development workflows, tools, and operational governance practices. Desirable Qualifications & Competencies: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in an analyst, coordinator, or operational support role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to PLM or ERP systems is an advantage. Fluent in English (written and verbal) while Mandarin fluency is a valuable plus.
