Job Description:
In this role, the Bid Coordinator will work closely with the Engineering Services Coordinator to manage the bidding process for projects. They will process all bid documents as necessary, downloading them from customer sites, and uploading to the Procore Drawings, Specifications and Documents tools. They will become proficient in all aspects of the Procore Documents, Bidding and Reporting process. Additionally, they will ensure that all relevant parties are aware of upcoming bids, they will organize and facilitate meetings where bidders can present their proposals, and they coordinate with customers to make sure everyone is on the same page.
