Over time, we have continued to add additional manufacturers to our product offering. Our product offering has grown from representing pumps and heat exchangers to boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, and so much more. What started out as a small single office in Salt Lake City with four employees has grown into a multi-state representative firm in the Mountain West.
Department: Estimating
We are seeking a motivated Estimator to join our team. This position focuses on reviewing commercial HVAC plans and specifications and developing accurate pricing for hydronic equipment across a wide range of manufacturers.
What You’ll Do
- Review commercial HVAC drawings and project specifications
- Prepare detailed and accurate equipment quotes
- Manage multiple projects at once while meeting firm bid deadlines
- Communicate with internal team members, manufacturers, and customers
- Coordinate pricing and selections across multiple manufacturers
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Experience
- Previous estimating or HVAC industry experience is preferred, but not required
- We’re willing to train the right candidate who’s motivated and eager to learn
