Responsibilities
- Engaging prospects through cold-calling, email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and booking meetings for Account Executives
- Researching target companies and decision-makers to build a strong pipeline
- Maintaining and updating the CRM to reflect accurate lead status and next-steps
- Contributing to team momentum by participating in stand-ups, coaching sessions and continuous improvement of our approach
- You have atleast 1-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
- You are a strong communicator who is resilient, coachable and excited about building a career in tech sales.
- You are comfortable with cold outreach and motivated to exceed targets.
- You are highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You bring a hunger to succeed in a startup environment, and ideally you have exposure to commercial real estate or broker networks (a Strong plus).
