The Role

You’ll join our high-velocity sales team to drive early-stage growth in the facilities management market. You will be responsible for outreach, qualifying opportunities, maintaining CRM hygiene and setting the stage for full-cycle sales.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging prospects through cold-calling, email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and booking meetings for Account Executives
  • Researching target companies and decision-makers to build a strong pipeline
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM to reflect accurate lead status and next-steps
  • Contributing to team momentum by participating in stand-ups, coaching sessions and continuous improvement of our approach

Ideal Profile

  • You have atleast 1-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
  • You are a strong communicator who is resilient, coachable and excited about building a career in tech sales.
  • You are comfortable with cold outreach and motivated to exceed targets.
  • You are highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You bring a hunger to succeed in a startup environment, and ideally you have exposure to commercial real estate or broker networks (a Strong plus).
