The Nurse Liaison has the opportunity to positively interact with residents, guests, family members and team members daily. Nurse Liaisons are passionate about providing the highest quality care possible, assisting with proper resident placement and exceeding the expectations of those they serve and work with. Nurse Liaisons are able to travel to surrounding hospitals up to 75% of the time.
Qualified candidates will be licensed in their practicing state as an R.N. with a minimum of one year experience in resident/patient assessment. They will have an appropriate level of knowledge about sources of payment and will understand the admission process from acute care to long-term-care. They will possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude and portray a positive image.
