Position Overview:
The People Development Assistant will report to the People Development Coordinator and assist with a variety of tasks aimed at supporting our team and organizational initiatives. This role requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with employee development programs and initiatives
- Support onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities
- Maintain and organize employee records and training documentation
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth operations
- Contribute creatively to process improvements and team projects
