Our Benefits Specialist plays a critical role in bringing that mission to life by ensuring our team members truly understand, value, and can confidently use the benefits available to them.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, navigating complex benefits programs, and partnering closely with leaders in the field to support our teams with clarity, compassion, and accuracy.

  • Assist team members with Short‑Term Disability, Long‑Term Disability, and life insurance claims, guiding them through the process with care and attention.
  • Track leave status and documentation and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner closely with People Development Coordinators (PDCs) and operations leaders to provide consistent, compliant benefits support.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve benefits processes, communication, and education.
  • Contribute to a positive, service‑focused culture within the People team.
