What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Accountant position at Vetted Talent Group?
VTG is partnering with a growing company in the Columbiana County area. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of GAAP, month end, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing.
Responsibilities
- Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
- Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
- Support the Controller on ad-hoc projects
- Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
- Research and analyze expense variances for company management
- Inventory accounting
Qualifications
- 3 years' of accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
- Inventory experience a plus
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
