Weekend Nurse Supervisor

Join our healthcare team as a Weekend Nurse Supervisor, leading nursing care during weekend shifts to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

• Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Oversee patient assessments, documentation, and care plans, including medication and IV management.
• Conduct physical exams, manage emergencies, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for discharge and long-term care.
• Maintain infection control practices and ensure regulatory compliance through audits.
  
  

Requirements: RN license, current BLS and First Aid, Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, supervisory experience, clinical background in long-term care, and familiarity with Point Click Care EHR system. Experience with diverse patient populations and skills in phlebotomy and injections are preferred.
