Join our healthcare team as a Weekend Nurse Supervisor, leading nursing care during weekend shifts to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

  • Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
  • Oversee patient assessments, documentation in EMR/EHR systems, and coordinate care plans including medication and procedures.
  • Manage emergency situations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for discharge and long-term care planning.
  • Ensure infection control, regulatory compliance, and proper handling of medical supplies.
  • Conduct audits and maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.

Requirements: RN license, BLS First Aid, Arizona Fingerprint Clearance, supervisory experience, clinical background in long-term care, familiarity with PointClickCare EHR, and skills in phlebotomy and injections.

This part-time role offers $38-$45/hour, 16-24 hours weekly, in person, in a dynamic healthcare environment.
