Join our healthcare team as a Weekend Nurse Supervisor, leading and coordinating nursing care during weekend shifts to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Supervise nursing staff, ensure compliance with clinical protocols, and support patient assessments and documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
- Coordinate care plans, manage medication administration, IV therapy, and other procedures.
- Conduct physical exams, handle emergencies, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for discharge and long-term care planning.
- Maintain infection control, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee medical supplies.
- Must be an RN with active license, BLS First Aid certifications, and a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card. Previous supervisory experience in long-term care and proficiency with Point Click Care EHR are required.
- Ideal for those experienced with diverse patient populations, including geriatrics and behavioral health, and skilled in phlebotomy and sterile techniques.
