Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

We are seeking a full-time registered nurse for our Detroit Lakes office to provide nursing services and supervise direct care staff in an adult foster care setting.

• Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive consumer assessments, monitoring health status, documenting observations, and communicating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide education, orientation, and supervision to staff while ensuring compliance with nursing standards, safety protocols, and confidentiality.
• Assist with medication monitoring, safety practices, and advanced care planning, working closely with consumers, families, and healthcare providers.
• Travel within the area is required.
  
  

Qualifications include an accredited nursing program graduate, current RN license, CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and preferred experience of at least one year. Strong communication skills and physical ability to perform job duties are essential.
