Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. Must disclose any previous Sanford Health employment, and prior Sanford Health employment must have ended at least 6 months before submission.
Required Skills/Experience: 2 years recent ER experience. Minimum of one year experience working in an ED with annual visits around 28,000 or higher.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Trauma level III or higher experience preferred.
Shift & Scheduling: Shifts are 12 hours, every other to every third weekend. Shifts are day, evening, night rotating. Never work alone and no call requirement.
Floating Requirements: To MS as needed.
