Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, assisting with daily operations, scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, developing personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve recovery goals, and celebrate their progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and coordination.
- Deliver compassionate, individualized therapy to patients based on their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
- Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments.
- Build strong patient relationships, fostering a positive recovery environment.
- Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited program.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in occupational therapy or leadership, including two years of clinical practice.
- CPR certification within 30 days of hire (or prior to role).
- Preferred: active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding specialty certifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
