We are seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon as an independent contractor (1099) to treat patients on-site for about 4 hours weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice. The role involves managing complex cases, providing surgical and non-surgical care, collaborating with other providers, and participating in case management to support patient recovery and return to work.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO graduation, unrestricted DEA license, board certification or eligibility in orthopedic spine surgery, and malpractice insurance. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
