- Provide quality speech therapy services, including assessment, intervention, program planning, documentation, and communication with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
- Develop individualized care plans to help patients recover or develop communication skills.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust therapy as needed, and collaborate with other healthcare providers.
- Participate in family and medical conferences, discharge planning, and education of hospital staff.
- Contribute to departmental goals through performance improvement initiatives.
