We are seeking a Speech Therapist to join our Rehabilitation division on a part-time or PRN basis.

- Providing quality speech therapy services such as assessment, intervention, and program planning
- Documenting progress and communicating with multidisciplinary staff, patients, and families
- Participating in discharge planning and educating hospital staff on speech therapy
- Developing individualized care plans and adapting interventions as needed
- Engaging with patients, families, and healthcare providers in conferences and care planning
- Contributing to departmental goals through performance improvement and program planning
- Graduate Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Two years of speech therapy experience preferred
