RN Weekend Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts.

• Provide supervision to nursing staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure quality resident care.
• Act as the clinical decision-maker, monitor resident conditions, and communicate with providers.
• Support medication management, documentation, infection control, and address staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and promote teamwork and professionalism.
  
  

Qualifications: Current RN license in NM, with preferred supervisory or long-term care experience. Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills required.
