Weekend RN Supervisor

 to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM.

  • Deliver supervision and support to nursing staff, ensuring quality resident care in compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee daily operations, monitor resident conditions, and coordinate with providers as needed.
  • Manage medication, documentation, infection control, and staffing issues in real-time.
  • Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and accountability across shifts.
  • Qualifications include a current NM RN license, with preferred supervisory or long-term care experience.
  • Offer includes competitive pay ($35-$45/hr), stable weekend schedule, and supportive leadership.
